How to Host a Table

THE COMMITTEE

BEING A 'T4T' TEAM MEMBER PUTS THE COMMITMENT INTO COMMITTEE

A typical Table4Ten Committee member not only gives up one evening per week for meetings, but also spends time within their busy careers each day and on weekends to produce one night in September that raises both awareness and funds to fight prostate cancer.

On the commute to work, bouncing between meetings, on the cross-trainer at the gym, over lunches, dinners and a drink or two, Table4Ten is constantly discussed by this dedicated group of friends. Throw in all the phone calls, emails and Facebooking, being a ‘T4T’ Committee member is all-pervasive in their already time-poor lives.

The production of this very site has involved countless hours spent at e2, the design studio co-owned by Robbie Robertson (the ‘T4T’ Chairman) and business partner Alex Ritchie. The team spend so much time there that many have their own keys!

Apart from the very close friendships that have formed, and strengthened over the past three years, each Committee member has one thing in common: a single-minded resolve to make a significant difference to lives of men in Australia (and their families) suffering from prostate cancer. And we are doing this, one day and one dollar at a time for this important cause.

Despite all the hard work the Committee does each year, there are also a number of people that played a significant role in each year to ensure the success of the event.
