CAFE OPERA

A bold redesign, new French-inspired menu and theatrical buffet concept mark the reinvention of InterContinental Sydney’s Cafe Opera, unveiled as the fresh face of hotel dining in Australia’s largest city. Executive head chef Tamas Pamer and executive sous chef Julien Pouteau are the creative force behind the new restaurant.
