ETHOS Ethos is relaxed and informal environment. The cuisine is essentially tapas style dishes, but with a more diverse background and influence than Spanish fare. We take inspiration from the integrity and honesty of the premium ingredients we have the privilege to use such as Mount Gnomon Farm's Wessex pork. Simplicity and authenticity of flavour is key. Come in for a snack and a glass of wine in the afternoon, a take away coffee in the morning or a long dinner. Tapas is designed to share so bring your friends or family and sample as many of our different tastes as you can handle. All our plates have been hand made by local potter Tom Welch and the food is designed to highlight their rustic appeal and visa versa. We offer interesting and delicious wines by the glass matched to the fun and fast-paced food as well as an extensive cellar list so there is plenty to take your fancy.
