GRAPPA

Whoever invented the term Italian hospitality must have been to Grappa. It is a restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and service fuelled by the energy of owner Charlie Colosi. In a spacious contemporary room lies a long buzzy bar, vast open kitchen and a terracotta wood fired oven providing real Italian thin crust pizza, W.A. scampi, as well as woodfired vongole, king prawns, and Italian sausage. 10 years of Grappa’s favourites include yellow fin tuna carpaccio, fresh figs wrapped in prosciutto with gorgonzola, delicately fried baby calamari with semi dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, chilli, or the signature dish of snapper baked in a rock salt crust. The pasta, bread and gelato are all house made. The wine list includes over 300 of the finest local and imported wines, as well as beers, and an extensive range of over 100 Grappa’s.

Grappa is located 5 minutes from the Sydney CBD, with car parking provided underneath the restaurant.
