Fronted by Chef Darren Simpson, the restaurant and cocktail bar exudes sexy sophistication boasting a no fuss Modern Italian menu that acknowledges the greatest Italian classics while celebrating the highlight dishes of Simpson’s colourful career.

The wine list has been carefully developed to match Darren’s Modern Italian cuisine, boasting over 200 wines by the bottle and over 25 wines by the glass as well as an impressive cocktail list.
