Casual dining returns to the Lightbrigade, following a complete refurbishment of this grand art deco hotel, refreshing this eastern suburbs institution with both a new look and a new bistro.

The Bistro & Lounge Bar design was heavily inspired from 1930s Art Deco style, in keeping with the original design of the hotel, while adding a classic and timeless simplicity.
The Bistro & Lounge Bar boasts a French inspired, contemporary menu and
a wine list featuring over 200 domestic and international wines by the bottle and 29 by the glass as well as an impressive cocktail list.
