The Source Restaurant is on the first floor of the Ether Building. We are the embodiment of the hoary saw 'think globally, act locally'.

Our wine list reflects a passion for the best old- and new-world wines. Vintage, seasonality and menu guide our cellar.

The Source is open for breakfast and lunch Wednesday to Monday, and for dinner Wednesday to Saturday.
