Uccello, the latest restaurant to open at ivy, overlooks, the outdoor pool deck.

Renowned head chef Massimo Bianchi brings alive the classic southern Italian flavours of Roman cooking. He joins the Merrivale team after stints at Michelin star restaurants Nobu Park Lane and Richard Corrigan’s Lindsay House.

Enjoy Massimo’s food and an extensive international wine list in the 180 seat restaurant, with a view of the beautiful 25 metre pool.
