Choose from a wide selection of dishes that includes asparagus, tomato and onion tart with woodside goats curd and tomato salad; beetroot cured salmon with potato pikelets and horseradish dressing; pan roast barramundi, rocket and potato puree, sautéed mushrooms, parsnips and truffle butter; 1/2 or whole tasmanian lobster thermidore with broccolini and kipfler potatoes and chargrilled sirloin steak with handcut chips, béarnaise or red wine mushroom sauce.
